    Il Servizio Volontario Europeo è un'eccellente opportunità per viaggiare all'estero, conoscere nuove culture, imparare una lingua e dedicare un periodo della nostra vita a fare un lavoro volontario con importanti ricadute per le comunità locali. Lo SVE era l'Azione 2 del Programma Gioventù in Azione della Commissione Europea, e adesso fa parte del nuovo programma ERASMUS +.

    Il volontario non deve realizzare nessun pagamento, il vitto e l'alloggio sono garantiti dalla sua organizzazione di accoglienza, così come il viaggio A/R al paese dove si svolgerà il volontariato. Inoltre, il volontario riceve formazione linguistica e sul tema del suo volontariato mentre sviluppa la sua attività all'estero, ricevendo un attestato alla fine della stessa, lo Youthpass.

    La Cooperativa Sociale Mondoerre è un organismo accreditato per partecipare a questo progetto, come organizzazione di invio, coordinamento e accoglienza.

    Per partire, il volontario deve avere tra 18 e 30 anni, ma non c'è bisogno di nessun tipo di formazione o esperienza nel settore. Il periodo di volontariato dura tra 2 e 12 mesi, e i paesi partecipanti sono principalmente quelli dell'Unione Europea, ma esistono anche dei progetti in America Latina, Asia e Africa. Il volontariato ha diversi temi: ambientale, sportivo, informazione giovanile, pari opportunità, lotta alla discriminazione per motivi di razza, orientamento sessuale, arte e cultura, sviluppo rurale e urbano...

    The European Voluntary Service is an excellent opportunity to travel abroad, to know other cultures, to learn a new language and to share a period of your life making a voluntary job with important impacts on the local communities. The EVS was the Action 2 of the European Commission's Youth in Action Programme, and now is part of the ERASMUS + Programme.

    The volunteer doesn't need to make any payment, food and accommodation are guaranteed by the hosting organisation, as well as the travel to and from the host country. The volunteer receives language and volunteering training while he/she is abroad. At the end of the service, the volunteer receives the Youthpass, a document that certifies the skills acquired during the project.

    Mondoerre Social Cooperative is a host, sending and coordinating organisation, accredited by the Italian National Youth Agency.

    To participate in the project, the young volunteer must be between 18 and 30 year old, and there is no need of special training or previous experience. The service lasts between 2 and 12 months, and the participating countries are mostly those of the UE, but there are also projects in Latin America, Asia and Africa. The service can have different themes: environment, sports, youth policies, equal opportunities, fight against discrimination, art and culture, urban and rural development...
